Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive an authorization number.

Prepare the Parcel

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and decorative accessories are securely attached and protected.

Affix the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it at any authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our master tailors inspect the returned goods for quality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
